Is there a problem smoking ribs, than letting them cool than putting them on a grill and putting bbq sauce on them until reheated?

As long as you don't overcook them, not a thing wrong.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
