Do I see my GRE scores before I choose the grad school recipents?

Hi~ I'm gonna take a GRE test next month. I have a question.... After taking the GRE test, do I see my scores before I choose the grad school recipents? Or I'll have to decide to which school recipents I'd send before I know the scores? Thank you~

Please answer if you are really sure...Thanks so much!!!

I know that there are 2 choices.  You can have them send the GRE for you to the schools you write on the test, before you begin... and in that case you will not see the scores before it is sent.  However, you can just get the test results sent on your own, and you can wait to do this until you get your scores in the mail.  If you aren't in a huge rush for the schools to get your scores, I recommend that you do the second choice.  You might decide that you want to take the GRE again, if you didn't do well enough, so you don't want to just blindly send the scores if you don't have to.
