So far, all the money is running only to the very richest as Obama planned it.  They who financed his election reap the payout through taxes you and I must pay but we see no benefit at all.

George Soros is richer than ever because Obama made him a trillionaire instead of a multibillionaire, but we paid that in unfair taxes and then we paid five trillion more in taxes in 2011 than ever before -- and we haven't seen one dime's worth of it back in public services.
