1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams. To figure it out in recipes, Multiply Ounces by 28.5.

1 pound = 453.59237 grams

Hi,
1 lb (pound) = 454 g"r (or 0.454 k"g).
1 lb = 16 oz (ounces)
454 : 16 = 28.35 g"r
