Hi! The "GR China" is a manufacturing stamp. It means the ring was made in China and is likely a sterling silver. The stone within could also be real, but you would need to have a jeweler check. :)

The stamp ( mark ) normally states: materials of porducts, manufacturer of products.
this ring is made by GR ( manufacturer ) in Thailand.
1. it is not gold one. it should be marked ( stamped ) with 14K, 18K or XK, etc. if it is gold one;
2. it is not diamond even it is setted with some stones. it should be marked ( stamped ) with: Dxxct. if it is diamond ring.
