If a governor or former military general was not on tv you you believe he was if you were told

FORGOT MY MILITARY MEDAL OF HONOR AND SERVICE FOR A WHILE NOT THANKS LETTERS GOING TO ME. MAYBE A AGENCY NOT ADDRESSED TO ME OR NOT DELIVERED. HOPE THE STATE DID NOT LOSE THERE FORMER GOVERNOR AND HIS WHERE ABOUTS. MAY NEED A COURT ORDER HUH?
