Like blocking sites so they can't surf porn while at school or participate in illegal activities happening on some sites (illegal software sharing, hacking, underage gambling, ect...)?

Yes, we don't want our children arranging to have the principle bumped off or having pretty girls kidnapped and taken into slavery! I suspect such activities would cut into their time for homework. But then again, if they are keeping up with their studies...
My point is that they should be driven by expectations not limitations. We should spend some time satisfying our curiousity but we still need to finish our work!
