Of course it's a mistake! Even if she's old enough (individual decision) she should never personalize a tatoo, odds are high that she will not be with that boyfriend forever and at some point she'll want to remove his ID.

I don't think her parents should let her get it because her and her boyfriend may break up and then it will be there forever, if she breaks up with him, it will be a constant reminder of what he did that made her brake up with him and if he brakes up with her she will miss him and be sad..........so no they shouldn't give her permition.

no thats a mistake i bet shes trying to prove theres nothing going on with her and Rob they most likely will break up i hope ahe doesnt

I'm in love with Edward Cullen, not Robert or his hotness, I like Edward's character and personality, his hottness is just another factor. :)♥♥

No, because he will most likley break up with her, and if she gets his initials tattooed on her arm or wherever, and he breaks up with her, she'll want to get rid of it and she wont be able to.

In my opinion tatoos are very trashy on women.  It makes them look nasty and cheap.  I think that tatoos like drinking should have a limit on the age you are able to get them.  I think that 25 or 30 years old is a good age.
