Take a look at the vapid stare on Hefner.  Is this a man who is in command of himself?  Maybe she sees the chance at several billion dollars once he croaks but will the mob that surrounds Hef not cash in long before she does?  Questionable enterprises and questionable persons do not make me think that they have much in their favor.
