I'm glad the AOL boards are gone! I had been a part of a certain dog board for years and all there was, was bashing, ridiculing, name calling, and so much hate! People out there are nuts, and AOL never would do anything to these people. That board for at least 3 years was just horrible. At the end, I had 10 people in my filter, and it STILL was bad.  Those people never cared about that board.  They only cared about their obsession with putting certain people down.  Thank God it's over!  I no longer have to deal with that kind of negativity in my life any more!

You have a point, but all this board does is just centralize all the trolls and abusive idiots here where everyone has to deal with them en masse.

I came off of some kind of Middle East board where they were all conservative christians and jews that showed nothing but hatred towards other religions. I'M not even religious but they showed nothing but hatred towards me too.

 

Nice to be off that board as well.

Geez Kathy, if it was so horrible then why did you stay the board? You are forever the hypocrite. You could have left anytime you wanted, but you deserved every bit you got and here you are still playing the victime.
