My girlfriend of 8 months now, has gone on a vacation with her 2 girlfriends to Jamaica for a week.  They do this every year, and last year my girlfriend was single, and didn't hook up with any guys when she was there.  Her 2 married friends, however, did. We don't use condoms together, but she had some from before in her jewelery box.  I noticed before she left, that she had put one of the condoms in her airplane carry on bag.  I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to start anything before she left.  She called my at 6:00 this morning drunk, and sounding overly loving, and guilty to me on the phone.  Do you think she is cheating, and how do I address this with her when she gets home?

Young people tend to break rules while away from any kind of social frames, including relationships. It's possible that your girlfriend cheated on you, but she also might not. You decided that she might had cheated on you just because she took condoms with her- carrying condoms isn't cheating. But lets assume that she did cheat on you. We should define first two separate terms- One night stand and affair. What's sounds more reasonable to me is that she met someone at the bar, interacted with him and I'll leave the rest for the imagination, because we know nothing for sure. She is Jamaica, and probably was drunk, there are very low chances that it was more than a one night stand.

If you truly love her, I think its forgivable, and let her know that so she will be honest with you.

Thank you for your very reasonable response!  I could wright an entire book on how people judge, and actually live hell through there mind about things that never even happened. 

Here I am, an example, of someone who freaked to the point of finding a new place to live, and WOOPS!  NOT ALL women are sluts.  I had a period of bad relationships in the past that had conditioned me to this response.

Do not look in the purse, because after that, you are haunted by dark thaughts.  If she loves you, YOU WILL JUST SIMPLY KNOW, -LIKE I DO.

SHE LOVES ME VERY MUCH.  And I do her.
