She didn't have sex with you, but she had sex with someone.

What do you mean by "we did not have sex".  If you mean that there was no penetration than it is still possible if you were "playing" and in some way 1 single sperm reach he fertile egg.  If there was no chance that your sperm could reach her egg than she had sex with someone else......
