sorry for the delay in answering this question.  I am sure by now you know if the girl is pregnant but I wanted to explain the facts to you for future reference.

Precum contains sperm, so there is still a chance that she could be pregnant. Anytime precum comes into contact with the vagina (specifically the vulva), sperm can swim up the vaginal canal and fertilise the egg.  She is also at risk of catching an STD.
