Gettng Rid of Ad covering AOL Home Page

I have an ad for Food Stars that pops up on my aol home page. I have news links as my aol home page. I cannot close the Food Stars ad to see the new links behind it, even though it has an "x" in the right hand corner.

Any suggestions to get rid of it?
