I did work as a sub contractor for a company. This company had my price list. I submitted a bill based on my price list. At no time did any question come up about any items on the bill. The company has paid me a part of the bill and refuse to take my phone calls or inquires into why I can't get the remainder of my money. Can I file a lien against this company or the job and if so how do I go about that.
