Getting back into my account!!!

Why can't sign-in to my account?  I up-graded my account information just yesterday and today AOL does not recognize my sign-in or my password!!  Your security question ask my grandmothers maiden name which I have NEVER used in my life so I cannot reach any of you idiots by phone or any other way!!!?

I don't use Aol for obvious reasons.  Most of the people I know who have had it or currently have it don't care for it.  

  • To get an access number to sign on to AOL: 1-888-265-8005
  • To sign up for AOL: 1-800-827-6364
  • To get help with your existing account, connection or other technical issues: 1-800-827-6364

If you read the reviews regarding their customer service...they don't have a good track record and calling them must take the patience of a saint.
