Her parents were: Jacob Ruby (1768 – 1793) and Anna Catherine Bender (1766 – 1846). She had several siblings:

Samuel Ruby (1791-); John Ruby (1794-1858) ;Elizabeth Ruby (1795-1841); Jacob Ruby (1798-1833); Catherine Ruby (1801-1872); Barbara Ruby (1801-); Mary Ruby (1804-1855); and Sarah Ruby (1807-1854).

Her SPOUSE was William Wyrick (1794-), and they had these children: Martin Wyrick (1818-1850); Samual Wyrick (1822-); Jacob Wyrick (1827-); (first name unknown) Wyrick (1829-) [silhouette is that of a man, however]; and Mary Wyrick (1830-). She and William were married in 1821 in Montgomery, Hamilton, Ohio.

Her father, Jacob Ruby,b. 17 Dec 1768 in York, Lancaster, Pennsylvania and d. 2 Aug 1793 in , Jackson, Monterey, Ohio, was the son of John Jacob Ruby (1738-1791) and Anna Elizabeth Lorah (1740-1811). NO siblings were listed.

Her mother, Anna Catherine Bender (1766-1846), was born in Northampton, Pennsylvania and died in Jackson, Montgomery, Ohio. Anna's father was John Peter Bender (1737-1820), and mother was Catherine Babb (1729-1806).

Rebecca was married a 2nd time, BEF 4 Mar 1840 , to William CHADWICK, (born ABT 1781 in England, and died BEF 1880 in Perry Township, Montgomery Co., Ohio) according to a family tree at http://worldconnect.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=wmrblakeley&id=I51431.
