Bruce...I had the same frustrating experience. Hate it when your in the middle of a barbecue and you run out of gas for the grill. Have your propane gas tank refilled. You can purchase a special label from a local hardware store that will adhere to the side of your tank. Follow the instructions provided with the label, and than place the label on the side of your fully filled propane tank. Remarkably, the label will change color on a 'bar' when the tank is almost empty. It really works!
