No gas going through injector

1995 Astro 4.3 CMFI , Fuel injector OK (replaced) 11.6 volts to injector with ignition on, Ignition ok, Pressure seems good going to injector (did not measure ) Changed filter. Fuel not entering return line.

Have changed a few fuel pumps for this model and they usually hard fail at around 75 K . This one has about 28K. Just bought a pressure checker but I suspect it will be in the corect range 55-68 lbs. ......any other suggestions?

Have you checked your timing chain/belt?  I had auto trouble and thought it was something with the fuel or filter and found out it was the timing chain. My auto kept hesitating at take off and at stops it wanted to quit running.

Hydrogen gas energy?

Great energy source, but it is very dangerous because it is highly explosive. Right now, the best all around (most economical, easiest to produce, easiest to deliver, most abundant) is natural gas. Many coal fired plants are switching to natural gas.
