Eating properly and healthy is not only a good way for you to not gain a lot of weight, but it's healthier for your baby! You'll be craving sweets, but limit it to a once a day treat and consider portion control. Try to take nice short walks whenever you feel up to it too. The exercise will release endorphins which will make a pregnant mommy feel a lot better!
