Funny Best Man Speeches, Examples Humorous Wedding Toasts?

My boyfriend is the best man however he does not know the groom very well,  so he wants something funny, but appropriate for the occasion. I guess he would need a funny best man speech that could appeal to a wide audience, be humorous and also not offend.

Any ideas?

To get some ideas originally I scoured the net, unfortunately most of the material I found was tacky and unoriginal at best - you might fair better but that was my experience after a couple of days searching.

Without a doubt the best resource I found for funnny best man sample speeches was  Dan Steven's best man speeches . Not free but considering but miles ahead of the rest.


You'll get immediate access to a wealth of different best man speeches and toasts and also maid of honor toasts. Check which will best suit your style, the theme and the audience. Use the structure and personalize as much or as little as you wish  - Add your own personal stories and anecdotes etc.
The best man speech shouldn't take more than an hour to prepare (maximum), I'm sure you'll agree what an immense advantage and relief that is!

I used this method and received many compliments, I was told the speech sounded professional. The crowd loved it and laughed a lot.
Many were surprised as I'm usually a reserved person.
I was happy with the result but I kept the secret to myself - until now that is.

Think outside the box and try someting different like a little song and dance. Use some funny props to punctuate your performance in between pauses in your speech. Most important, leave them laughing.!
