Discuss Stanley Pembroke's answer to: Funerals, three whites, two flew away, one flew back

I attended a funeral service today. at the end of the funeral, three white doves were released out of a basket.Two flew off, and flew back toward the casket. What does this mean?

It means that the bird has a lousy sense of direction.

We learn from history that we learn nothing from history: those who refuse to learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
