I can't use my toilet and can't afford a plumber, I live on Soc Sec and after paying mortage, bills and food I have little left. I have cancer and rarely leave my house, I don't know what to do.

Try your balloon again, preferably nearer to the septic tank. In most houses there is a 'cleanout' Y in the main septic pipe right before it exits the house. The entry point will be a 4" round lid with a 1" square on it. Remove this by wrenching on the square, and try the balloon here.
