Friends seeing me as offline

For over a week now my friends are seeing me often as offline even tho my status is online (green), i can talk with them but they can't send me files then. Also when i'm actually offline they can't send me offline messages even tho i allowed sending/receiving offline messages.

Can you please change the password and uninstall AIM then do a virus scan then install AIM 7 again, also can you please check in aim express
