Alright my friend is a stoner and he wont tell me ANYTHING anymore,He lies to me abit and I haven't seen him in awhile being as he lives in the forest (he can't come into town allot I understand) so does he value my friendship? or should I leave it?

This stoner is not a friend. I think your best option is to cut this person out of your life. He clearly values drugs over your friendship so you'd be wasting your time trying to talk with him.
