go to google and type in free webs. click on the first link (webs.com-free website, free hosting  etc). go under pick a site address and type in your address and password you want. Then finish filling in the information and scroll down and pick a template (backround) for your site. Check the I agree to the Terms of Service box and press create my site. Then your good to go! Hope i helped
