Is it possible to free reverse lookup cell phone numbers online?

Do you know of a private or government website that has a free cell phone directory or data base of all the cell numbers where you can free reverse lookup cell phone numbers?

All the websites that advertise "free reverse lookup cell phone" are liars. They are Not free, you always have to pay at the end - after inserting all the information.

Sorry mate, it's practically impossible to free reverse lookup cell phone numbers : Land lines perhaps (with the Whitepages website) but cell numbers No.

 

The large cellular phone companies hang onto this information for dear life. And we would love to think that it's because of their tight morals and their utmost efforts in trying to protect our privacy... Sorry to disappoint, but no, this is because they sell the information. Ahem.

 

And yes, you're correct about the websites advertising  "Free reverse lookup cell phone" I spent hours going through these "free" websites and for me it always ended in a pay for the final report page. The funny thing (depends if you have a sense of humor for these things) is that they say the "search" is free but you have to pay for the report ...Yell ... I think Homer Simpson said it best, "Doh!"

 

The good news (finally):  There are some reputable online websites who charge a small fee for a reverse cellular phone number look up. I understand why they have to charge - it's because they bought the info from the big cellular phone companies who charge them. And so these websites who bought the info have  gone to the expense time and hassle of sorting all the info into a large directory and uploading it to the web. It's this convenience that schmucks like us have to pay for.



Through trial and error (lots of trial and error)  I finally settled with Reverse Cell Phone Lookup , they have one of the biggest data bases, and supply quick and complete reports - beware of those who supply only a surname and then a list of possible first names matches??!


A final bit of advice : If you opt for a paid reverse cell number look up then make sure the website has a once-off fee that gives membership (usually for a year) and also allows as many searches as you like. Avoid like the plague websites who charge per search.

I'm glad I just signed into my Yedda account and stumbled across this Q - I was wondering how to free reverse lookup cell phone numbers - I have a night ringer / stalker - doesn't everyone?!

I checked out Reverse Cell Phone Lookup , looks pretty good, almost Googlish, nice unconfusing front page.

anywho and whitepages will do it for free if it's a listed landline. If it's a cell phone number, you will have to use a paid service.

I found a site that is accurate. There is a small fee that you will have to pay, though.

But it's well worth it.

I think it's hard to find a free reverse phone lookup service, but there are some quality and affordable services. Recently I tried http://www.reversephonecheck.com and I'm satisfied with the results. Plus I got some bonuses and free trials.

The good news is there are internet sites which claim to offer battalions of cell phone numbers, but they're not free. These websites of course have to pay for access to some of this data, and go to the  difficult task of drawing in all the assorted resources collectively in one location, and as a consequence you will be billed a humble fee before you can access the lookup databases. So no, free reverse cell phone number lookup Frown sites do no exist
