Is there a private or government website that has a free cell phone directory or data base of all the cellular numbers where one can do a free reverse cell number search or lookup?

most of the site advertisings "free reverse lookup cell phone" are dishonest. There's always a fee at the end - after inserting all your information.

ADD:

Ok I managed to find something Reverse cell phone number directory Detective They charge but it's better than going through the hundreds of iffy sites.

You have to pay for verse cell phone number search. Believe me i tried, but also consider that when you get your phone bill, it should be listed there. check all the numbers.

There are many directories available for free reverse cell number search . If you are going to use it alot I would suggest getting a subscription as it is a one time payment and you can search as much as you want. If only using once, then just pay the one time lookup fee. Just make sure that you use a reputable compnay.
