How can I find some great free best man speeches or free best man toasts?

I have searched through many best man wedding speech sites but have found mostly uninspiring toasts - or otherwise they advertise free best man toasts / speeches but they just link to paid wedding speech sites ...

Any ideas?

Found something that worked great for me ....

I checked again for free best man speeches and with some luck found Dan Steven's best man speeches .

There was a small charge but I consider it money well spent, I'll explain why...

All I had to do was check which best man toast best matched my persona, the audience and the occasion, I then copied most of the toast, including some of their free jokes ... but I also some personal anecdotes and fun facts about the bridal party, guests etc.

With a good structure to work from I had the speech finished in under an hour, and my toast is still original and sincere.

I could also have continued searching through the free best man toasts / speeches websites and maybe I would have found something satisfactory - but now I have something that I'm am very happy with, plus I saved lots of time and hassle and, most importantly , I took loads of pressure off!

Know what the typical length of a best man toast is?
Ihave been to a wedding where the best mans speech went on for 4 minutes and it seemed like forever, And then another speech was between 1 min and 2 min, everything that had to be said was, it was funny, thoughtful and meaningful and not too long. Any ideas, good luck with your search for free best man toasts.

What does a best man speech consist of?

I'm the best man at my best friends wedding and I have to give a speech. This is the first wedding I've been to since I was a kid, and I have no idea what the speech consists of, or how long it should be.

Keep your best man toast to only 4 minutes long, funny without being disrespectful, and make the groom look good while making them all laugh.

Thank your hosts, the official who performs the ceremony, and end with a simple toast:

"In closing, raise your glasses to the happiness of the bride and groom"

ADD: After struggling for quite a long time with finding the info I was looking for, I have visited the site ross found. I will never regret it, I got all the info I needed in no time. Fantastic!

Hi,

For good free best man toasts start by introducing yourself and who you are to the bride. If she has a good sense of humor, you can tell a funny story about you two, or her and the groom (as long as it's in good taste and isn't too embarrassing).

I find it kind of annoying when Maids of Honor and Best Men don't even mention the new spouse or that they are happy for their new marriage. Ask everyone to please raise your glass in honor of this wonderful new couple and 'clink'. That's it! Don't make it too long, sappy, or uncomfortable/embarrassing.

I don't recommend using the web for this sort of thing. The best man should be doing this research, and should say something from the heart, not copied from the web.
