How do i get free cell phone wallpapers without using the internet on my phone?

I don't want to get charged for using the internet on my phone, i have a Verizon intensity phone. I've tried myxer and they don't have any good SNAKE wallpapers, which is what I'm looking for

you can make the wallpapers here. just upload the image and create it.

then , buy a cable, or bluetooth, or usb device and transfer it. Or better yet, sometimes ventones can text it inside a text message!
