My friend is still paying for aol how do i tell her to switch to free aol

Tell her to go to aol billing. There she will find the information she will need to decide.

I didn't know AOL had a free version. I have been paying for 10 over years.

I had no problem when I called AOL and told them I was now going to have Cox as my server, thats when they offered me "free" email from AOL.  I was paying them for about 10 years before that.  Good Luck

Since Dec. I still have AOL email but I do not get email address's pop up for sending when I am sending an email.  What a bummer.  Now I have to keep looking up each address.  Any suggestions?

If at any time you decide to cancel your Paid Member Account and convert it to a Free Member Account, simply sign on to AOL using your master screen name and password and go to Keyword: Cancel.  You access a Keyword by typing CTRL+K

through any Internet connection to go to cancel.aol.com and follow the instructions there. You can also call us at 800-827-6364.  .
