Freddy Frank was a bit player in a number of films in the 1940s & 50s.  Not much is known about him, other than he was rumored to have an abnormally long penis, which got him some side "jobs" while in Hollywood.  In the 1984 movie "Bachelor Party", there is a scene involving a waiter delivering a "foot-long (and then some)" hot dog to a lady.  This gag was based on a real-life practical joke that Freddy Frank could be hired to play.
