They have children early there. There isn't any real way to know. Call a really big US law firm if you need an attorney and get a recommendation. Don't just call a Brazilian Attorney there. 

 

Circumstantially, find out what area of what town she is from, and go to facebook or wherever you can socialize with Brazilians and start asking what the people in that area are like. You can get a feel.

Find where she works and add her co-workers as your friends of fb. You can have talk with them about anything that you are interested in. Just be careful not to leave a sign about your attempts.
