I forgot the verify answer and I followed your anwer but then this comes: We are unable to verify your identity or you are ineligible for Account Security Question Reset.

What can I do now?

I am the owner of the account since 1999 and I have three accounts under the mainname. I need to open one of these but first I need to answer the question? Any more helpful answers please?
