Discuss shyam's answer to: What is the force that opposes the movement of energy?

What is the force that opposes the movement of energy. I know that it's 13 letters long. Help! I added an answer please read it at the bottom.

If your talking electrical energy it would be "resistance" which is measured in OHM's.

But if you mean energy in general than it would have to be friction.
