I need a recommendation on a good ice cream maker machine? What are the reliable manufacturers and what should I look for when buying this appliance?

Jake, There are (2) manufacturer's that come to mind immediately. Taylor and Electrofreeze. First thing you want to ask yourself is what do expect of my machine. Are you just serving cones ,or are you making shakes and "Blizzard" type products. Your machine will need much more capacity if you are....Be careful and check your electrical requirements also.

I suggest ice cream maker from manufacturers such as Cuisinart, Hamilton, and Rival. I have the Cuisinart Supreme ice cream maker and I love using it while making home made ice cream. I like using ice cream maker because I can mix fruits and make healthy ice cream for me and my family.
