Hi CrimsonClover,

Super foods are called so as they will include extra vitamins, etc which are known for being brilliant for the body, including antioxidants. On this website, you will find a great list of super foods so you are able to include these within your diet:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-369042/The-10-super-foods.html

Hope this helps :)

Superfoods are foods that give you that little extra and help you deal with health issues. There is no agreed legal or medical definition of what a superfood is.

Gary Williamson, Professor of Functional Foods at the University of Leeds, has drawn up a superfood list of 20 foods of what he calls "lifespan essential" foods needed for a long and healthy life.
