both.   buy locally grown organic.  where i live, Krogers(grocery) offers organic locally grow produce  most of the year.   ever thought about growing some of your own.         **** organic - to avoid the pestacides and growth hormones (need i say more)   ****LOCAL- to support  your community, avoid unneeded use of fossil fuels(transporting), fresher and better tasting

laugh hard and laugh often.... it's good for your abs

Eat local, eat organic, eat clean food, and save on food costs & fuel costs too!

for grocery shopping use eco-friendly reusebale bags...

Don't trouble trouble til trouble troubles you.

From an overall environmemtal viewpoint, it's probably better to buy locally produced non-organic food than organic food air-freighted thousands of miles.

organic food doesnt contain any chemicals thet harms body but local food has em it would be wise to buy organic food

It's all up to you. If you prefer local than go fo local but if you prefer organic then go for organic. there's no big difference on them but organic foods offer more benefits than organic foods.
