It depends on the food - just curious, but why are you deviating from the recipe with such a drastic drop in the cooking temperature? Be careful with some foods cooking that low. You may just be wasting time and money because the dish you are cooking might be specifically registered for that cooking temperature and you might not be able to successfully pull it off at that temperature no matter how long you cook it (cake for instance). Also, did you check to see if there any safety issues with low cooking the type of food you want to cook? I'm just being nosy wondering why you aren't following the recipe. :)
