I recently ate a fish in a restaurant that they called saith. This was described as a north Atlantic fish. I have never heard of it or eaten it before. Any ideas? Thanks

Saithe  is a north Atlantic White Fish also known as COD  FISH  the further north they fish the whiter the cod.........they have several types but bascially ther all in the COD FAMILY
