Ham, smoked turkey, bacon. But blackeyed peas are good without it, too!
Pig parts. Ham is my favorite.
Pork chops/pork tenderloin/pork anything.....I like them with no meat at all. Just crisp cornbread sticks and a little hot sauce. Put a little ham in the turnip greens and cook all the other vegetables without any meat at all and your supper will not only be delicious but much healthier.
