Answers

We get oxygen from the air we breathe.  Food contains oxygen but only in combination, with usually carbon and hydrogen to make carbohydrates, fats, alcohols, and with nitrogen to make proteins.  Minerals like calcium carbonate also have oxygen, but it's combined and doesn't come loose easily.
