For me, tacos. Easy to make, at least for me, but it does take a lot of prep time beforehand. But well worth it, as I make truly excellent tacos.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I wanted to know if at all it can be prepared within a short span of time.

Well, it generally takes me no more than 30 to 45 minutes to make taco. Or you can buy already made shells, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese, then the day before chop the onions for the meat and dice the tomatoes. You can cut it down by having as much premade beforehand. Cooking the tortillas takes the longest, but I get premade shells now and then. Though I prefer tacos made with flour tortillas.
