The answer is B. 
Explanation:  Assume y=aX    (X and Y are the variables, a is the coefficient).   Now choose a value for X and simply try: 
Say X = 200 
For a = -1,35  (answer A)        Y = -148.15
For a = 1.24    (answer B)       Y = 161.29
For a = -0.79   (answer C)       Y = -253.16
For a = 0.37    (answer D)       Y = 540.54
Same will happen to any X you choose. 
As you see answer B is right one (as the value of Y is the closest to the value of X.....  that's the meaning of "correlation").
