have a question about FMLA usage. Before major surgery, i coordinated with human resources to take one week sick leave and one week LWOP to maximise my sick time during FMLA. however, my supervisor, deliberately forced me to take all my sick time first causing me to take vacation time to cover the full fmla time. Is that legal? He is actually violating our own companies policies.
