Yes. Medicaid pays for home services for those who are Medicaid qualified. In order to receive Medicaid home care a person must qualify for Medicaid and spend at least 90 days in a nursing home. However, this coverage won't be enough in the long run. Having long term care plans is a much better option to address all the costs.

This program helps residents plan for their care by preventing them from Medicaid asset recovery. they can pay for their care without exhausting their assets for Medicaid eligibility
