Elden is correct - to fly any flag upside down means you need urgent help. This is particularly important in marine situations and should NOT be abused.  ( rescuers tend to be a little pissed of if you are fooling around with this ! )Cool

PS...Texas is not in distress and the flag should not be flown upside down.  Just sayin'...Kiss
