Fixing low water pressure on a Price Pfister ...

How can you fix low water pressure on a Price Pfister "Ashfield" Pull-Out Spray Kitchen Faucet? I soaked the aerator and entire nozzle assembly in vinegar as I had done before to fix low pressure, but this time I istill have the problem. Any suggestions ?
