How to fix problem of 1996  25HP Mercury Engine Stalling. It keeps going if I squeeze Pump. New Lines, New Tank, New Carb with new Fuel Pump. Can't think of what else it may be??

Make sure that the tank has a vent hole in it.

Many small Merc outboards have a fuel filter.  If you haven't checked that, that's where I'd look next.
