I have a Majestic wood burning fireplace that currently has a gas log set up. I want to convert back to wood but dont know what kind of chimney pipe it has. If the fire box is rated for wood burning, is there any way a non wood burning chimney pipe could have been used? Or how can I tell if the current chimney pipe is for wood burning?
